King Oedipus

Oedipus story is a famous greek story. It's written by Sophocles. Oedipus is king city of Thebas.  This play Thebas is suffering from a terrible plague, and people are dying. Oedipus a brave and responsible king, promises to find the cause of the problem and save his people.




Oedipus sends his brother in low creon to ask the oracle for help. The Oracle says that the plague will end only when the murderer of the former king laius is found the punished. Oedipus is determind to solve the mystery. He question many people who knows true.

When true finally comes out, it brings great tragedy. Jocosta cannot bear the shame and takes her oqn life . Oedipus is filled with guilt and horror when he realized what he has done. He punished himself by building his own eyes , showing his deep regret and sarrow for his action. 

This play teach important lessons about fate,truth, and human weakness. This tragic story remains one of the most powerfuldrama in world. I think this is the best drama in best tragic.

My Favorite Actress My Favorite Actress is Malani Fonseka. She is the most legendary Sri Lankan actress. She is often called the "Queen of Sinhala Cinema". She started acting in the 1960s and become famous for her strong dramtic roles. She has  in over 200 films many stage dramas. Malani Fonseka won many nationa l and international awards for her acting. Malani Fonseka 's most famous work in both films and stage dramas. My favorite films are Nidanaya, Gahanu lami .  She also act stage dramas there are manme, sinhabahu, hunuwataye kathawa. Many younger actress and actors consider her a role model because of her skill. She also represented many time in Sri Lanka. She is always my favourite actress.

  A place that brings peace to my heart I love going to the beach  because it makes me feel happy and free. The sound of the waves and the smell of the sea create a beautiful and relaxing enviroment. When I see the wide blue ocean , I feel calm and forget all my worries. The beach is a place full of natural beauty. The golden sand, the bright sun, and the cool breeze make it a perfect place to enjoy. I like to walk along the shore and watch the waves come and go. It feels like the see is talking to me in a soft voice. Going to the beach is also fun and exciting. I enjoy playing in the water, collecting sea shells , and spending time with my friends or family. Every moment at the beach feels specail and full of joy. For me the beach is more than just a place. It is a place where I can relax , think ,and feel peaceful. whenever I go to the beach , I come back with a happy heart and beautiful memories.
