Sigiriya

Sigiriya is a famous historical place in Sri Lanka. King Kashyapa built a palace on top of this rock. Sigiriya is also famous for its beautiful painting called "Sigiri Sithuwam".


 The entrance to sigiriya has a lion gate. This place is a popular tourist attraction and a UNESCO world heritage site. Sigiriya shows the amazing skills  of ancient Sri lankan artists 


 This place is an important part of the country's history. King Kashyapa chose this rock as a safe place to built his palace. The rock is about 200 meters high and gives a beautiful view. Sigiriya gardens have water systems that still work today.

My Favorite Actress My Favorite Actress is Malani Fonseka. She is the most legendary Sri Lankan actress. She is often called the "Queen of Sinhala Cinema". She started acting in the 1960s and become famous for her strong dramtic roles. She has  in over 200 films many stage dramas. Malani Fonseka won many nationa l and international awards for her acting. Malani Fonseka 's most famous work in both films and stage dramas. My favorite films are Nidanaya, Gahanu lami .  She also act stage dramas there are manme, sinhabahu, hunuwataye kathawa. Many younger actress and actors consider her a role model because of her skill. She also represented many time in Sri Lanka. She is always my favourite actress.

  A place that brings peace to my heart I love going to the beach  because it makes me feel happy and free. The sound of the waves and the smell of the sea create a beautiful and relaxing enviroment. When I see the wide blue ocean , I feel calm and forget all my worries. The beach is a place full of natural beauty. The golden sand, the bright sun, and the cool breeze make it a perfect place to enjoy. I like to walk along the shore and watch the waves come and go. It feels like the see is talking to me in a soft voice. Going to the beach is also fun and exciting. I enjoy playing in the water, collecting sea shells , and spending time with my friends or family. Every moment at the beach feels specail and full of joy. For me the beach is more than just a place. It is a place where I can relax , think ,and feel peaceful. whenever I go to the beach , I come back with a happy heart and beautiful memories.
